Customised templates allow you to personalise communication that goes out to your guest.  Any templates that you set up will either automatically display in the applicable automated emails that your guests receive, or will be visible on your Enquiry form.

From the bottom left menu select Settings and then select Templates.

Click on the question mark icon that appears alongside each template to see a brief description of where the template will display.

Type your personalised message in the applicable text box, and then tap Save.
